The cost of the meeting is $45 which covers food and other expenses and there’s an additional $16.50 fee for the training workshop (this is an optional charge for lunch or you can bring your own).

Dove Awards

The Dove Award was inaugurated during the 2001 annual meeting to provide AIANZ with a way of celebrating the individuals or teams who have impressed with their commitment to protecting and promoting human rights during the year. It also aims to honour those who have exceeded expectations and stand as an example to fellow volunteer members of Amnesty International nationally and internationally.

This year’s Dove Awards will be presented in order to recognise outstanding contributions to AIANZ. The categories are as follows:

  • Individual
  • Long-service
  • Team
  • Youth

The Dove Award is not necessarily awarded every year in every category.
