Newsletters

 

The network publishes an email newsletter every second month with an occasional urgent appeal case sent to members between newsletter issues. Among the topics and appeals which appear in the newsletter are:

 

  • The imprisonment, torture or killing of children by governments or armed groups
  • The recruitment and use of child soldiers
  • Children as victims of armed conflict
  • The ill-treatment of child refugees, asylum seekers and displaced persons
  • The execution of juvenile offenders
  • Inadequate juvenile justice systems which fail to protect children's rights
  • Trafficking of children for domestic service or work in the sex industry

 

Each newsletter gives members the opportunity to write appeal letters on one or more of these topics.
