What do our youth activists do?

Here in New Zealand our students are amongst our most creative and enthusiastic campaigners. They are members in more than 100 school and youth groups, and five university groups.

They participate in all our priority campaigns such as the Stop Violence Against Women Campaign, ending torture and the death penalty, liberating Prisoners of Conscience and ensuring rights for all people. From organising awareness-raising events to writing letters, attending vigils and conferences, speaking in human rights debates and to media, fundraising and e-activism—our student activists do it all!
