The 2009 Annual Meeting was held in Aucklandat the AUT Campus in Wellesley St, Auckland CBD, on the weekend of 2nd and 3rd of May.

The next Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday 8 May 2010 in Christchurch. More details of the likely/revised format for the AGM will be available following the ICM meeting in August this year, when Amnesty’s internal democracy will be discussed.
Amongst many other things, we achieved the following:
- Motivational Keynote speakers (speeches, and presentations will be attached as we receive them)
- Standing Orders were adopted
- New and current Governance Team Members were voted in.
- Motions were discussed and approved or declined
- The Annual Report was received and approved
