International Council Meeting

The International Council Meeting (ICM) is Amnesty International’s global decision-making body where delegates discuss and vote on resolutions, elect the International Executive Committee, undertake campaign actions and build relationships with AI members from around the world.

ICM 2011


The International Council Meeting took place in August and the Governance Team brought 12 resolutions to the Annual Meeting for discussion in preparation.

ICM 2009


The 2009 ICM was held in Antalya, Turkey from 9 to 14 August, hosting almost 400 attendees from around the world.
