Would you like an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and passionate Nobel Peace Prize winning organisation and be part of shaping and protecting human rights?

Amnesty International is a global movement that mobilise the humanity in everyone so that we can all live with care and respect for each other. Our vision is a world where everyone, everywhere enjoys their fundamental human rights.

Here in Aotearoa, we are a small team of inspired and fun people. We are looking for a passionate ‘data wiz’ to join us to help enable the New Zealand public to give to and support our human rights work.

This role is crucial to connecting with our amazing supporters through maintaining and improving our data systems. Working behind the scenes and alongside the Data Insights Team you will help collect, store and understand our various forms of data – with a particular focus on supporting our fundraising objectives. You’ll work closely with our Fundraising & Marketing team so they can best utilise data through an exciting range of income generating and brand building projects.

You’ll be ideal for this role if you are:

  • A superstar when it comes to all things software, learning new systems quickly and maximising their potential
  • An eagle eye for details and being as accurate as possible
  • Able to find trends and patterns through well thought out analysis
  • A clear communicator to understand projects and share your thinking
  • Excited by the power data has to drive decision making

This is a full-time role based in Auckland. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, between $50,000 and $55,000 per annum. We value our people and their work life balance and look forward to talking with you about what flexible working we offer (including the option to work some hours from home) that may fit in with your personal commitments.
